(press release distribution) Shenzhen,China: China electronics company, FocalPrice is marking three years of being online this month.
The China electronics site went live on June 22, 2008 and quickly became the only destination for buyers looking for affordable good quality items from China.
The ecommerce source has gone from a product base of 500 items and a customer base of a few 100 in 2008 to an inventory of hundreds of thousands of items and more than 500,00 customers in 2011.
Public Relations Manager for China electronics store FocalPrice, Vincent Lee, attributes the supplier’s growth to the items on offer and the customers that helped the store grow.
“With hundreds of thousands of items across multiple categories it is normal to get a few duds but this hasn’t happened at FocalPrice,” said Mr Lee. “The sourcing department has a great idea of what products work well and what products people need.”
According to Mr Lee, FocalPrice regulars are not just loyal, they are helpful and smart too.
“FocalPrice has a very active forum section which was launched in 2009,” said Mr Lee. “People help each other with product, shipping and business issues and are always ready to jump in to help FocalPrice if asked.”
Mr Lee said with FocalPrice’s low prices and free shipping program it was the source of choice for a large number of eBay and ecommerce sellers.
“FocalPrice has always had a very advanced dropship rewards system and many entrepreneurs take advantage of that.”
“As a result our customer base is actually a lot wider.”
Mr Lee said the online China site would be launching a new-look site and increasing its product range in the next few months.
“Customers can expect big improvements from FocalPrice in the near future.”
