Civil Development Group, LLC, established January 2009, is experienced in the civil engineering field with an emphasis on hillside grading.

CDG produces plans and reports in the following categories: Grading Plans, Hillside Grading, Storm Drain & Drainage Plans, Hydrology Calculations, SUSMP, SWPPP, Erosion Control Plans, Excavation Plans, Slope Analysis, Sewer Plans, Water Plans, Street Plans and Retaining Wall Plans. CDG carries professional liability and general commercial liability insurance.

The partners; John Woo, AJ Mihalic, and Brandon Lee have varied experience relating to all types of developments.

John Woo has been a CA licensed engineer for over 30 years and familiar with all types of developments in the Southern California region.

AJ Mihalic has 10 years experience specializing in drainage, storm water, grading, and utility design. AJ worked as a design engineer for Maser Consulting in NJ for 3 years and Denn Engineers in CA for 7 years. Experienced in the production of plans and reports in the following categories: Grading Plans, Hillside Grading, Storm Drain & Drainage Plans, Hydrology Calculations, SUSMP, SWPPP, Erosion Control Plans, Excavation Plans, Slope Analysis, Sewer Plans.

Brandon Lee has worked in CA for Denn Engineers, Land Design Consultants, and LC Engineering over the past 7 years, where he has specialized in grading and drainage on large hillside developments.
