(press release distribution)  Company Expands California Operations: International City Mortgage (“ICM”) announced today that it has opened an additional retail loan origination branch. Karyn Weger, a respected mortgage industry veteran who lives locally in the community, will manage the new branch, which will serve the entire Coachella Valley.

Karyn has broad experience with home loan programs, including conventional and government, as well as particular expertise with first time home buyers, jumbo and second (vacation) homes. Her drive and get-it-done attitude has delivered rewarding results for both her and her clients over the past 18 years.

“Karyn’s lending knowledge and experience is just what we’re looking for to expand our footprint throughout the Coachella Valley,” said ICM Vice President of Production, Cory Hjelmeir. The company also has an established branch in La Quinta.

Plans for the new branch office include adding additional loan originators over the next several months, and growing the company presence in the Rancho Mirage area while originating sound residential loans.

She believes her vital, encouraging personality and strong work ethics will drive her loan officers to a higher level of success.
