Toy Story collection Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Barbie, Jessie and the rest of the gang find ways to escape from the daycare center as they realize that being in the daycare is not a good idea of finding someone to take care of them as Andy is going away for college.

Buzz is wearing a very high-tech suit with controls.  On his left side suit is a large red button which can activate the flight system of Toy Story Collection Buzz Lightyear. The buttons on the right of his suit can contact Star Command.  Star command is the headquarters of Toy Story Collection Buzz Lightyear and his other space rangers.
